1/2-1 chicken breast per person, depending on size
Caesar dressing or Creamy Greek Dressing to marinate the chicken breasts
Croutons

Caesar dressing
Marinate and prepare the chicken the way you prefer. I prefer this method: Sous Vide Chicken or Turkey Breasts.
Rinse the romaine and pat dry.
Cut the ends off the heads of romaine, then remove most of the spine. 
Pile the leaves up and cut into bite sized pieces, then put into salad bowls.
Add a generous amount of Caesar dressing to each salad bowl and stir to thoroughly coat.
Slice the chicken breast into bite sized strips.
Top salads with chicken slices, freshly grated parmesan, and croutons.
